School Registration

Registration Information

A non refundable deposit of $300.00 (AU) is required at the time of registration. Your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your tuition 10 days prior to your school. If you are settling your account by other means (see below) the balance must be paid 10 days prior to the commencement of your school. Registration requests within thirty days of your school will require full payment at the time of reservation. For online Requests please Email us at info@shortgameacademy.com.au

Please note the minimum age to attend our Academy is 16 years of age. (Junior schools excepted).

Accommodation:

Per person single and twin share occupancy rates include 2 nights (2 day school) or 3 nights (3 day school) accommodation at Noosa Springs Resort. There is an additional charge of $30 per night for a non-participating guest accompanying a student enrolled under the single occupancy rate.


Cancellation, Refund and Rescheduling Policies:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any school as required due to weather, unusual circumstances or enrolment and the Australian Short Game Academy is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience incurred. On such occasions, fees are refundable or transferable to another school date of your choice on a priority basis. Cancellations must be received in writing and will be effective from the date received. A $45.00 administrative fee will apply. For cancellations received 30 days prior to the school, your deposit (less the $45.00 fee) will be refunded. Requests received 15 to 30 days prior to the start of the school, will receive 50% of their deposit refunded. Participants who cancel within fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the school, will forfeit the total amount of the reservation. Participants are limited to one rescheduled school, which must take place within one year of the original school date to avoid cancellation fees. Participants cannot reschedule a reservation within thirty (30) days of the start of the school.

If full payment is not received by the due date, the Australian Short Game Academy reserves the right to release the reservation.

PAYMENT
We accept Mastercard and Visa. We also accept Bank Cheques and Personal Cheques but funds must be cleared prior to the commencement of your tuition. We will also accept direct deposits.
